Each week our cleaners do a fantastic job and usually they have left before I arrive at work. However, there is no doubting that they have been as our showroom sparkles and smells lovely and fresh. This week however they faced an additional challenge as we are building a new office and the evening before the ladies were coming the builders knocked through the connecting door leading to the showroom. As you can imagine there was a large amount of dust that had settled on every surface. The two ladies were not phased by this at all and were so cheerful and professional. They did an absolutely fantastic job and really went the extra mile so that when they had finished the showroom was gleaming once again. I can’t praise their efforts enough.

We are very pleased with the ongoing service we get from Spotless. Whenever there has been an issue, Spotless are vigilant with sending management out quickly to speak with staff, ensuring actions are put in place and providing regular spot checks. Communication is very good and any issues are addressed very quickly and followed up via email. During periods of annual leave, the cover cleaners are always very thorough and ensure the detail cleaning tasks are not missed.

Spotless have worked with Vital Energi for over 2 years. We have received an amazing service from the team where the cleaners that are provided go over the top to make sure the office space that is worked in is in great shape for the team. Vital haven’t had any issues commercially or performance wise and whenever needed Spotless have manned up and down to suit our site needs. Spotless are a great company who we would happily use again on future projects.

Spotless have been excellent for us at Willow Sports Centre. They have provided efficient, reliable cleaners, sometimes at very short notice and Pete, Sophie and the team have been ever responsive in comms. No hesitation to recommend them for commercial cleaning.

Spotless were brilliant in giving our community building a deep clean. Easy to contact, all staff were friendly and very hard working. Carpet cleaned, hard floors machined and cleaned all windows and surfaces. Excellent job all round.

We have had our compliance visit today at Swadlincote, scored 98%. I wish to give you very positive feedback about the cleaning station. Louise from compliance said it was the tidiest cleaning station she had ever seen, very impressed! I have not met Maria yet but she is doing a fantastic job. I am going to leave her a little gift for her hard work and how she continues to add little touches in the practice. Thank you for finding me an amazing cleaner.
